Room bookings
- 2 or 3 hours, a half day (4 hours) or a full day (8 hours), any day. A weekend fee applies on weekends and public holidays.
- Paid in full to confirm. All prices include SST.
Changes and cancellations
- Nexus Boardroom: full refund 7 or more working days before, 50% refund 3 to 6 working days before, no refund less than 3 working days before or for a no-show.
- Synergy Suite: full refund 14 or more working days before, 50% refund 7 to 13 working days before, no refund less than 7 working days before or for a no-show.
- Promo bookings (FIRST50, WELCOME30, LOYAL40): no cash refund. Cancel within the full-refund period and you get the full amount as credit for a booking within 3 months.
- You can move a booking once, free, within the full-refund period if the room is free. The new date must be within 3 months. A moved booking cannot be refunded.
- Your time includes set-up and pack-down. Extra time is charged at the hourly rate in 30-minute blocks, if the room is free. You pay for any damage to the room or equipment.
- If we cancel or cannot provide the room, you get a full refund or a new date.
- To change or cancel, WhatsApp +6012 360 7001 or email [email protected] with your booking reference. It counts from our written reply. Refunds reach your original payment method within 14 working days.
First-booking offer
- 50% off the brochure rate on your first room booking, with code FIRST50.
- New customers only, one booking per company.
- Room bookings on any day, with the weekend fee at the usual rate. Events are quoted separately.
- Book by 30 November 2026, for a date up to 31 December 2026.
- Cannot be combined with other offers.
Events
- The quotation is valid for 7 days.
- A 50% deposit confirms your booking and holds the date.
- The balance is due 7 days before the event.
- The deposit is not refundable once paid.
We collect only the contact, company and booking details needed to manage your booking. We do not share them.
