We are a meeting room and event space on Level 13 of Pavilion Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur. Our boardroom seats up to 18, and our suite welcomes up to 72. Every booking includes MAXHUB screens, 1Gbps Wi-Fi and a tech assistant on site, from RM300 an hour, and you can book online for any day between 8:30am and 5:30pm.

A flexible suite for training, product launches and town halls, with live streaming for guests joining from elsewhere.

Nexus seats up to 18 around one table, for board meetings, client presentations and hybrid calls. The Synergy Suite holds up to 72 in theatre style, 36 in classroom style or 40 in clusters, for training, launches and town halls.
Every booking includes MAXHUB screens, 1Gbps Wi-Fi and a tech assistant on site. You can join Teams, Zoom, Meet or Webex calls, share your screen wirelessly or by USB-C, and write on the smart whiteboard, and filtered water is always ready. The Synergy Suite adds a PA system, a smart lectern and live streaming. Catering is available on request.
The Nexus Executive Boardroom is RM300 an hour, RM1,200 for a half day or RM1,800 for a full day. The Synergy Suite is RM600 an hour, RM2,300 for a half day or RM3,600 for a full day. Prices include SST and all the equipment, and the minimum booking is two hours. A weekend fee applies on weekends and public holidays.
Yes. The Synergy Suite sets up as theatre, classroom, cluster or U-shape. For another arrangement, tell us on WhatsApp and we plan it with you.

Any company booking a Maxsmart room for the first time. Use code FIRST50, book by 30 November 2026 and hold the meeting on any day up to 31 December 2026. It covers the whole room booking: hourly, half day or full day. On weekends and public holidays, the weekend fee applies at the usual rate.

Yes. Weekend and public holiday bookings are open online, with a weekend fee. For times after 5:30pm, message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange it with you.
